James has an extensive background in the farming industry.
He has had a long-held ambition to develop high-quality thoroughbred property and believes that Jamieson Park will mature into a magnificent property.
James now lives on the property and enjoys the lifestyle of a busy thoroughbred stud. He also follows with interest his involvement on the racetrack.

Sam is a well respected horseman with a lifetime of experience with his father being a trainer and studmaster.
Sam has worked at Windsor Park and Mapperley Studs in New Zealand as well as Airdrie Stud in Kentucky. After returning from overseas Sam spent 4 years managing the historic Trelawney Stud in Cambridge while still in his early 20's.
Sam then brought and developed Halo Farm in Hamilton, primarily focusing on training and preparing horses for sale. He was the Leading Vendor on two occasions at the New Zealand Bloodstock Ready To Run sales at Karaka.
From a young age Sam's true passion was on the Breeding side of the industry. " I met James in 2009 and we began developing a 140 acre paddock which is now Jamieson Park ".
"Jamieson Park is still very young but we have kept improving our broodmare band, pastures and facilities. Its exciting times ahead as I'm sure there will be plenty more top racehorses come off this property".

Doug is a highly experienced horseman being involved in the thoroughbred industry all his life.
Doug has international experience have worked at Plantation Stud in the UK and for leading trainer Ed Dunlop. While at Dunlop's Doug travelled with Lord Derby's champion racemare Ouija Board during her international campaigns.
Doug has worked at leading Australasian farms including Westbury Stud, Waikato Stud and most recently he was Stallion Manager at Richhill Stud.
Doug joined Jamieson Park in mid 2016 and his skills and experience are a great asset to the Farm.
